Packaged in high gloss stainless steel, the Giotto features 2 boilers to separately control steaming and espresso brewing functions. Each has its own PID control so you can accurately dial in a precise temperature. The innovative group-mounted pressure gauge allows best-in-class pressure profiling for even more precision.
This premium-grade machine has a rotary pump at its core, unlike the vibratory pumps of other machines in this class. The Giotto's rotary pump allows for quieter extraction, more consistent pressure, and a longer lifespan inline with La Pavoni's heritage tank-like machines known to serve for decades.
Additional premium features adorn the Giotto Evoluzione, such as the cool-touch commercial steam wand for comfortable continuous handling and optional direct waterline attachment for higher volume commercial applications.
Further standard feature include multiple gauges that monitor boiler pressure, group pressure, boiler pressure and pump Pressure. The Giotto uses a rotary motor (not a vibration pump) The E-61 commercial 58 MM group serves up creamy espresso .

Residential-use machines have a one year parts and labor warranty limited to manufacturer’s defects unless otherwise noted. The warranty for machines used for commercial purposes is parts only and limited to manufacturer’s defects. This means that the labor to make repairs is not covered under commercial warranty. Th warranty period starts at the FOB shipping point, meaning the buyer takes ownership once the product leaves the shipping location.
