Our Commercial Espresso Machine Service provides expert maintenance and repair tailored to your commercial machine's needs. Please note, this service covers labor only, and any parts required will incur an additional charge.
How It Works:
After purchasing this service, please contact us at 800-717-7091 to schedule your appointment. The initial package payment is considered a deposit for the service, and the full balance will be invoiced at the end of the service call. Service is billed in one-hour increments, with time over 15 minutes rounded down.
Important Terms:
- Deposit: The first hour's payment serves as a deposit, with the total balance billed after the service is completed.
- Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a one-hour fee.
- Billing: Services are billed in one-hour increments, with time under 15 minutes rounded down. Any overages are beyond prepaid labor time will be invoiced and due on the date of service.

Warranty Terms

In the event of a warranty related issue, please contact us and we’ll make the appropriate arrangements. Extended warranties will begin after manufacturer warranties expire and will cover the same items as covered in the original warranty.
Residential-use machines have a one year parts and labor warranty limited to manufacturer’s defects unless otherwise noted. The warranty for machines used for commercial purposes is parts only and limited to manufacturer’s defects. This means that the labor to make repairs is not covered under commercial warranty. Th warranty period starts at the FOB shipping point, meaning the buyer takes ownership once the product leaves the shipping location.
